Re: Disabled interfaces enables itself after some time

Hi,

It took a few hours until it falled back to this disEnabled state. I've attached a screeshot and the output as requested:

r00t@Router:~$ show interfaces ethernet eth1
eth1: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 1500 qdisc noqueue state UP group default
    link/ether 44:d9:e7:9f:1c:08 brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff
    inet 192.168.2.100/24 brd 192.168.2.255 scope global eth1
       valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever
    inet6 fe80::46d9:e7ff:fe9f:1c08/64 scope link
       valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever

    RX: bytes packets errors dropped overrun mcast
     122765578     121676          0          0          0         14
    TX: bytes packets errors dropped carrier collisions

seems it has somehow enabled itself

 ...and countig up

 ping only works if i enable nat but if the if should be down it shouldn't matter if the nat rule is enabled or disabled, right?

Thanks in advantage,
