I am not sure this is solved or not.
I only have one device in the vlan2, it can access my domain controller as well as my exchange server by accessing the external IP address. Since I do not have any real rules that should be going only one way, I must assume there's something funny with the server itself.
I must also note, that I was unable to access anything from the outside in on any IP addresses until I set the primary address on wan1 to be each of the five IP address as I was given, one of the time, and access the Internet. It seemed like my ISP needed to see that there was some sort of live connection using the IP. After I did that I was able to set one IP to be the main one, and the other for as additional addresses.
