Option 1: 8xER-X dedicated for each UUT, no need for the switch or VLANs... setup in about an hour
Option 2:1xER-X with 8 VLANs set up for each of the 10.100.4.200's, via the ES-48. You would then do a translation of each of the 10.100.4.200's to a unique IP address on the ER-X side. Not sure of all the details, but I would guess you are futzing around with it for a day to get it to work.
