I guess the warranty is over (my router is 2 years old). Because I need my router asap, I've decided to open it.
I've found an 4 GB USB stick (HP 125w) in my desk drawer, so I've replaced the one inside the router. After redoing the EMRK process (with latest firmware 1.9.1), I could log into the router again.
