I have a Arris TM822 Docsis 3 Cable Modem (just bought my new router today). when I plug it in it automatically sets it to a 10/full speed. It should be 1000/full but for some reason it isn't detecting that. I saw that I can go to the interface properties and set the link speed manually however... the dropdown doesn't show 1000/full only 100/full (and other options but none of them 1000).
I tried swapping out ethernet cables just for the heck of it and that didn't seem to make an impact. Any suggestions?
