Bit of a noob, I need to NAT 192.168.1.x (eth0) to 172.25.10.x (eth1) and the reverse. There is no Wan.

Did you try with SNAT and DNAT rules (Firewall/NAT, NAT tab) ? The router can translate the s.ip/d.ip of the packets direct, or which are leaving, its interfaces.Cheers,jonatha
