I should add that when the UAP-AC-LR is connected to the ERPOE-5 eth3, I can see it in the Unifi Controller but it has IP address 192.168.1.20. I can reboot it from the controller, set a static IP, or whatever. But clients connected to it do not get a DHCP address and therefore cannot reach 192.168.1.1 or the wider Internet.
