 The static routes may not be necessary if you are simply trying to ping/access the remote subnet over the VPN. If you are looking to route over the tunnel, like 16again said, openVPN would be the way to go for something like this. 

Shouldn't cause an issue, but on the current version ipsec-interfaces, nat-networks allowed network, and nat-transversal are no longer required.
