gfunkdave: Ah sorry, forgot about the QoS part. Yes 16again is correct, traffic with QoS policy applied will not be offloaded by the HW NAT. Therefore, if QoS policy is applied to all traffic, enabling HW NAT offload will basically have no effect, which would explain the observations. Also, as 16again said, if the CPU load is really that low, it is probably not necessary to enable the offload.
