Actually, these port probablly only open with having a fixed IP service. I know we do at the ISP I work for.
I do fing strange that you ned these ports open on a residential service.
NETBIOS ? I think not ....
DNS and DHCP service ... why would you build a public DNS server on a residential service ... ? and DHCP ... on an A/S that is not yours ...
If it's not public, configure a VPN, then you'll do whatever you want ...
It reminds me of a customer that wanted the 445 SMB port open (wich is never openned, even with a fixed IP), because he needed it for seemless file transfer is the azure cloud. Silly human, if the port 445 was open on the internet, any one could poke and acces shares of others all over the internet ...
Setup a VPN, then you will be fine...
