Maybe check through this post if your SFP modules are compatible i know not all modules are compatible.

I use two different modules for my network here and have no issues with fibre.
SFP = MikroTik S-85DLC05D 550m Multi Mode SFP Module
SFP+ = MikroTik S+85DLC03D 10G 300m Multi Mode SFP+ Module
