Ok, great. The admin interface on http://192.168.2.1 is now working, so it all seems good. Guess I just needed to wait for everything to "settle down".
And, for those interested, the FaceTime issues have been resolved with this change. I think the problem before was that the iPhone was on the .1.0/24 subnet (WiFi) and the Mac was on the .2.0/24 subnet (Wired). Now that *everything* is on the .2.0/24 subnet, it all seems to be working.
On a side note, can anyone recommend any good tutorials for better understanding of all the terminology? Like understanding .2.0/24 nomenclature?

Eth0 - To cable modem (Arris TM822)
Eth1 - [disabled]
Eth2 - External gigabit 8-port Netgear switch (GS-108) [see below for connected devices]
Eth3 - [disabled]
Eth4 - To Ubiquity AP AC-Pro WiFi (PoE 48v).
Netgear switch:
Port 1 : Connection to ER-5.
Port 2 : NAS storage box (1st port)
Port 3 : AT&T Microcell
Port 4 : Mac
Port 5 : -
Port 6 : -
Port 7 : -
Port 8 : NAS storage box (2nd port)
I also modified the DHCP for the NAS box and assigned it a static IP.
