First, is flat wrong about being able to get an ip address from the ERX. You can as and I stated above.
Second, I noticed that for LAN-eth1 you have the pool start at 192.168.1.2 which conflicts with setting a static ip address on your wifi router with that address. Raise that pool start higher.
Third, your SB6190 is a modem, not a gateway, so bridging does not apply. Bridging makes a gateway act like a modem.
