Re: Help with two separate WiFi networks behind EdgeRouter X

 - I currently have the following routers I'm trying to get this setup to work with, and the ports I intend to connect them to when all is said and done:

Netgear Nighthawk R7000 (eth1) - This is the primary router, and this is the subnet that will get the bulk of the traffic in my house (computers, smartphones, gaming consoles/PCs, etc).  This is an 802.11ac router.  It is using stock firmware, and has all of the updates as of a few days ago. I need WiFi here.

Netgear WRT-54G (eth2) - This is an old standby router in case I need to experiment like this, and when something happens to the primary and I need to get up and running quickly again.  As it's only 802.11g it's not the fastest.  It is also running stock firmware, but I am not sure if it is running the latest version - I will be checking this shortly.  Once I get my setup up and running, it will be relegated to the closet again and I'll be buying something more modern.  This subnet is intended to segregate all my Internet of Things (IoT) devices away from everything else so they can't see or touch each other.  I need WiFi here also.

The intent also is to eventually flash both of these with third party firmware like DD-WRT, Tomato, etc.
