network share between ETH1 and ETH2

is it possible to connect a network share in different subnet

ETH0 = WAN

ETH1 = LAN1 192.168.99.0/24

ETH2 = LAN2  192.168.100.0/24

Connect from 192.168.100.38   to  \\192.168.99.38\share

net use ends wit error 53. The network path was not found.

if the Clients in the same net e.g. 192.168.99.0/24. It works

the firewall rules opens all ports between the two clients.

This works. ich can connect to apache webserver between the two clients.
