Those few NAT rules wouldn't have any impact. I have an order of magnitude more NAT rules, and an even greater number of firewall rules in some cases, and the ERL doesn't even break a sweat.
It would appear you may not have hardware offload fully enabled, which would be the reason for the performance limits. Can you provide the output of the two commands I noted above to confirm?
