Very close, except VLANs 2 & 3 should not be tagged on ports 7 and 8. They should be untagged (if you also want those VLANs as the PVID of their respective ports).
So,
VLAN 2: Ports 1,2 (Tagged), Port 7 (Untagged)
VLAN 3: Ports 1,2 (Tagged), Port 8 (Untagged)
