Feature Suggestion: keep PoE while router is rebooted

Not sure if there is a better way to provide suggestions.

It would be nice if router such as: 

EdgeRouter PoE, model: ERPoe-5 

 Would keep PoE on during rebooting.

I am not sure if EdgeSwitch (such as ToughSwitch) does the same (switch is in the remote location observe LEDs during reflash). I have about 7 PoE cameras connected and it would be nice to keep them on when switch is firmware is updated as well.

Use case: router's firmware is upgarded and rebooted. AP's connected to it power cycled as well, even though nothing change on AP, so they could stay on.
