Your throughput on eth4 would be pretty bad in that scenario. There's a penalty for splitting a port off of the switch on the ERPoE-5.

Question - what is your current setup and how is your managed switch currently set up?

Honestly, the ER-X might be a better fit for what you're trying to do since you can assign VLANs and split off individual ports into separate networks much more easily without the steep performance penalties.
