I am on a Comcast 75 down/10 up connection. When I run speed tests, the download speed is fine but the download speed is often limited to about 2Mbps. It may go higher sometimes, but generally, it's way below my expected performance. I'm currently (at least when I get household change windows) doing the normal troubleshooting techniques. I don't expect the problem is with the router, but I can't discount that possibility. If it is with the router, what sort of things may cause this performance problem? CPU and memory usage doesn't seem to be impacted too much during these tests. If there are some commands I could run to better understand usage, I'd be open to that.

Update: I said download twice. Upload speed is being limited. Download speed is as expected.
