Hmmm I also had this issue and it was solved by replacing the PSU.

Mine was of the the "newer version" and was manufactured "1336K" according to the first part of the serial no.

 : Is there something with the PSU's in this batch since this seem to happen to several devices now? can't recall that I've never read about it before.

  : When was your ERL's manufactured ?
