The configuration looks okay. It is missing firewall rules in WAN_IN if using only manual DNAT, but auto firewall is enabled for the port foward wizard so that should be okay. You are on an older firmware, although I'm not aware of any port foward changes between your installed version and the latest I would still recommend upgrading. You could also try a non default port for the original port like 8080 or 8443.
