Fair point on QoS. But Bridging caught me out. My1Gbs line dropped to ~80mbs. Disabling QOS brought it to ~130mbs. Turning off bridging to about 400 to 600mbs. Turning off DPI took it back to around 800 to 900mbs which I saw what my old ASUS RT-N66U was pushing.
but with home internet just getting faster, the next model needs to be future proof if they will be expected to last 4 years.
