There's not much to mess up with smart queue and basic queue. That's where everything goes south. As stated before, Offloading is disabled upon activating the QoS. Period.

Fact of the matter is though, an ER-PRO should be able to sustain something like 350 mbit throughput with offload disabled. Since you get a whopping 50, there's something else amiss. QoS shouldn't impose a further 60-70% loss in speeds over disabling offload.
As far as "all the posts looking to pay for assistance" - not seen them in the EM forum, though the ones that I've seen generally have a "contact one of the guys in the consultant list" type responses.
