cellphone cannot reach or pickup my file server

My Network Setup: ERlite-3 and unifi AP

My router is setup wlan+2lan2(eth1-10.0.1.0/24, eth2-10.0.2.0/24) my AP is directly connected to eth1(1.0) and a netgear swith on eth2(2.0) my file server and main pc are connected to the switch. I can adopt the AP.

Now here is my problem mobile phone usually can access my file server when in the same network but now with two different lan network i cant. file server can ping my mobile phone successfully but my phone cant see the file server.

any idea guys?
