The one Unifi-PRO takes 48V passive or 802.3af power, not 24V passive. It won't work. The second Unifi-AC, is that the Pro model too? Because Unifi-AC-Pro takes 48V passive or 802.3af power as well.
The Unifi-AC-Lite and Unifi-AC-LR take 24V passive POE and do work with the ER-X-SFP.
