I don't know how to delete tun0, but I think the ping server is different from the 6to4 transport server.
Your screenshots show ICMP allowed on WAN_IN... but ICMP directed at the router's own interfaces would normally be allowed used the WAN_LOCAL ruleset. (IN is for routed traffic passing into the interface, OUT is for routed traffic passing out from the interface, but LOCAL is for traffic destined for the router itself.)
