For question 3, if you enter your UniFi Controller's info into the DHCP Server, the router will FQDN record for *unifi* allowing your APs to resolve *unifi*. *unifi* is their default inform address. As for adding your Router and LAN information into the UniFi Controller, the settings for network in the controller is used only to configure UniFi Line of Products (eg. UniFi Security Gateway and UniFi Switch). It has nothing to do with EdgeRouter therefore adding your router and LAN information into the router is useless unless you are using UniFi Switches or USG.
