i have an issue with traffic analysis that i can't get to display any data at one site.
i have traffic analysis successfully working at many other locations - all of these are running as traditional internet services with outbound NAT rules and associated access lists.
for the site that's not working - it's all a private network (four separate locations) with an external managed firewall. i have 4 x ERL 3 port running 1.8.0 and none of them display any traffic analysis.
i have traffic shaping rules for inbound and outbound at all locations.
i've compared the configurations - the only difference between all of the sites is that the ones which do not work have no NAT, masquerade, policies etc.
all ERL's have an uptime of many months. i mention that in case there is a known uptime bug of some form.
traffic analysis was enabled on all devices when they were originally setup. i believe it was working correctly at all locations.
i'm half suspecting that if i power cycled these devices that they would start working again.
i know that some of you will say I should upgrade to 1.9, and I will across time, however I have a whole bunch of devices on 1.8 working perfectly.
any ideas?
