I'm not 100% sure, but looking at what the fiber is plugged into it should be. The fiber at the FTU is directly plugged into a FRITZ!Box 5490: https://en.avm.de/products/fritzbox/fritzbox-5490/technical-data/
Looking at it's Fiber optics specifications this matches what I'm looking to buy SFP-wise. The provider also allows (but not provides helpdesk support) replacing the router with something else.
