Thanks. I did finally figure out after poking around that I could go into Config Tree and find the "modify" parameter under Interfaces > Ethernet > Firewall. I then put "balance" in the Modify field, and it started working. I still admit not quite understanding what that does, what a "modify" statement does, or have any clue how I could have made these changes in CLI. Still have a ton to learn.
Next up, I'm struggling to figure out how to get VoIP phone work when failed over to the Cradlepoint/Verizon LTE connection.
