Teredo tunnel issue in Windows

I use the Xbox app that's built into Windows 10 to stream my Xbox One to my Windows laptop.

With the Edge Router X v1.9, I'm getting a message that Teredo is not functioning (pointing me to this link). I had this issue before on my old Asus router, and I was able to correct it by enabling "native IPv6" on the router. But with the Edge Router, I am getting the Teredo error again.

When I run the command "netsh interface teredo show state", I get this result:

Teredo Parameters
---------------------------------------------
Type : client
Server Name : win10.ipv6.microsoft.com
Client Refresh Interval : 30 seconds
Client Port : unspecified
State : offline
Error : failed to open tunnel adapter

I am getting an IPv6 address on the laptop, and I have IPv4 and IPv6 DHCP addresses on my WAN port. The laptop is wireless, and I have the Asus router running in AP mode.

I see there are settings for IPv6 tunneling, and the only thing I've done so far is enable the DHCPv6 PD option in the wizard. But don't really know anything else about IPv6 or Teredo, so I have no idea what I need to try next.
