If the proxy won't start when using the PPPoE address......you're sort of stuck with NAT.
SInce the proxy isn't on eth1 , this might cause current portmap not to work.
Create a manual dNAT rule for the proxy instead , make proxy listen on LAN IP, and add firewall_local rule to allow traffic destined to proxy LAN IP.
