I would not say the reboot fixes things with absolute certainity, My experience has shown that the GUI does not always fully load after a reboot, thought I had mentioned that in my previous posts. I have seen indicators that it is something that on a few occassions the GUI did not initially fully load but when the Network tab under the Firefox developer was ran shortly after a reboot/reload that the GUI would start. I also originally noticed that it would start when I manually accepted the certificate, but then that proved not to be the case after several reboots. Were these things coincidences or whishful thinking? I am not sure at this point.
