Site to Site Between ER-4 and ER-3Lite. Is it possble?

I have a remote location that will be using an ER-3Lite. We have an ER4 in our main location. I configured the Site to Site VPN in the web interface of the ER-4. When I started up the web interface for the ER-3, I have now options for a Site to Site VPN. 

I'm new to VPN's and more complicated networking, which is why I chose the EdgeRouters. They seemed to be the best tradeoff of power and ease of use. The ER-4 is miles ahead of the SonicWall it replaced.

The ER-4 is version:   EdgeRouter 4 v1.9.8

The ER-3Lite is version 1.10
