Separate subnets except from single addresses?

Hello.

I am new to this and have som problems. I have searced and tried different hings without success.

I'm setting up a shared internet access between two houses on a EdgeRouter Lite. I have the following configuration.

eth0 - WAN

eth1 - 192.168.10.0 (me)

eth2 - 192.168.1.0 (neighbour)

This works, both connections can access internet. But I don't want my neighbour to be able to access my subnet and the other way arround, with the exception that I need access to 192.168.1.10 and 192.168.1.11 (two NanoStations for his network that I will manage). Also I want to block my neighbour from having the possibility to login to the router.

So I want to,

drop all connections from eth1 to eth2 except to 192.168.1.10 and 192.168.1.11

drop all connections from eth2 to eth1 and prevent router login possibility

Any tips for a newbie on how to set this up?
