ER-POE5 Ports 2-4 uses

Hi. I recently purchased an ER-POE5 so I could power the Unifi AP AC PRO without using an injector. I have WAN on eth0 and LAN on eth1 but I couldn't get an IP to the AP on any of the remaining ports. I finally realized that I had to bridge those ports to switch0 and add the switch to a bridge. So I got that part working and the AP picks up an IP, everything works. However, the performance is a lot slower using the AP on this router. My rudimentary ruler was downloading a 2.7 GB iso image. When the AP was connected to the router I could download the image in about 11-13 minutes. When the AP was connected directly to the ISP modem, which has 2 LAN ports on it, I could download that same image in about 3-4 minutes. That's a big difference. So I have kept my UNIFI AP on the cable modem from the ISP. That leaves 3 interfaces with nothing to do on my ER-POE5. I have 2 other switches I want to connect to the ER but I can't seem to get them to pick up an IP.

I would like, if possible, to have 1 LAN and none of the interfaces bridged. I just want to connect my 3 switches to the router and have all my devices be able to pick up IPs handed out by the router through those 3 switches. Is this possible?
