Mmm ... I'd say no, but if you have more than one rule, an you want to test with or without, use the cli button (upper right corner)
configure
save config.boot.portforward
exit
Now, from gui, delete the port-forawding rule, save, again with cli
configure
save config.boot.no-portforward
Now your config is without portforwarding rules, if you need rules back, cli
configure
load /config/config.boot.portforward
commit
save
If you don't want
configure
load /config/config.boot.no-portforward
commit
save
Not exactly the same as a 'Disable' button but ... not even too difficult
