Both of those are normal, and they are about the same going through the ERLite and direct to the internet connection.
However, my FTP uploads have not changed. I've tested against 3 different known good FTP servers on 3 different ISP's, with the same result to each: http://i.imgur.com/hMHuJG8.jpg
