PPPoE broken in 1.9.1?

I just upgraded my EdgeRouter lite from 1.9.0 to 1.9.1 and discovered I had no more Internet.

Using the command line "show interfaces pppoe pppoe0" it showed "pppoe: Coming Up"

The logs showed:

The suddenly, when I was trying to troubleshoot, pppoe did come up, but with no IPv6. When I tried to restart radvd it told me that radvd.conf was empty.

I upgraded from a system image with the name:

ER-e100.v1.9.1.4939093

When I switched the running image back to 1.9.0 everything was well again.

My config is attached.
