I agree with all posts above. I would like to add an idea for making support through the forum easier.
Some forum threads provide really good information and solutions to problems. In the past some of them were used to write knowledge base articles. In the absense of good documentation, the forum will become more useful if:
- UBNT spends some effort in converting some solutions into knowledge base articles
- Create a UBNT managed subforum with readonly topics (Configuring DNS, Setting up a firewall, IPv6, etc.) that contain links to posts in the main forum
