internet speed issues

Hello, 

I was wondering why I would be getting about 1/3 of my internet speed. 

when I run speed test's i'm getting about 30 meg should be getting about a 100.. 

If I bypass the router I get the full 100 meg sometimes a bit more. 

Also when I look at the ethernet orange/green lights on the GUI and i hoover over port 1/eth0 it's only showing connecting at 100meg, I am powering the ER-X with a Ubiquiti 24v POE..
