Unifi Gateway suddenly taking much longer than usual to give out IP addresses

Hey All,

I'm running into this strange issue where my USG Pro 4 gateway ( up to date as of 9/3/18) is taking much longer than usual to have devices connect to the main (and only) LAN network. It seems that devices are having a harder time than usual to get its IP address from the built-in DHCP server. This just started happening today after everything has been fine for months. CPU usage has been low at 5 to 10 percent but the memory was consistently high at around 90percent even after a restart but then suddenly dipped down at 3 am this morning to 6 percent. The issue is still apparent however. There are only about 150 listed devices in the clients list and 20 of them are on a separate phone 10.10 network. Though this sometimes happens on the 10.10 as well. 4 switches total and 8 APs that make up the rest of the Unifi network.

Everything seems ok on the guest network concerning any user connecting to that to get out to the net.

After restarting the AP they take a long time to reconnect to the network. Same for one of the 8port desk switches I was able to restart without user impact and that took a very long time to re-adopt with the controller.

I was looking at logs coming directly off the gateway and there doesnt seem to be anythings that stands out. I was getting some uid lease is duplicate in the logs from the dhcpd logs but it seem to not want to give out a new address.

Support from Ubiquiti chat hasn't been been helpful as they seemed stumped by it, they finally bumped me up to level 2 support over email but I haven't heard back from them since last week. I'm looking to see if anyone else has seen this issue.
