I have some "reserve" with the new GUI, some time you got error on save, and need to reboot the router, is really slow every operation of save, probably because every time revrite and apply all the config.
I make a simple script where the speed of customer is tshaped ad certain speed, until this user reach a threshold in a certain amount of time, very simple with "tc",some ifconfig and crond script ... OK I made it now, but the is useless in this situation and if I want to use the vyatta command to make this script I really don't know how much time does it take, every time I change the config of one user I need to commit the config ?
No thank ... but is a special case ...
If this feature can be disabled in some case could make a greater product ...
but is only my opinion

EdgeOS is a fork of Vyatta, which is very similar to Juniper's JUNOS - one of the best routing operating system's / CLI's in the industry.
AirOS is dead ?
No, it's used in AirMax devices...
