The wired subnet on eth1 and the wireless subnets on switch0 (including the VLANs) should all be able to talk to each other by default.
If you want to segregate the guest VLAN, then you'll need to create firewall rules blocking traffic to the other subnets (and optionally certain traffic to the router itself).
If you need broadcast traffic to be shared across eth1 and switch0.100, then you'll need to set up the mDNS repeater to pass the broadcast traffic.
