Here, here! Better user guides with detail would go much further in helping users out-- not just the steps for doing something, but the logic behind it. Also, I think a number of improvements could be made to organization of topics.

And the lingering bugs are worthy of attention for sure.

As for the GUI... on my iPad I have to resort to ssh. The irony...
