Unfortunately, our network right now is just one of those "let's just have the Comcast tech do it" things, so unfortunately, all I can tell you is that the modem is one of the crappy Concast actiontech ones; their modem/router combinations; the current bane of my existence. It's the only router we have on the network at all, and right now, our DVR doesn't even work; not even the guy who did our setup could get his own equipment going, however, I'm not that easily given over to allowing the "experts" to set things up; the guy who set our stuff up was the same guy who told me that Comcast doesn't want their consumers changing settings on their routers; one of those extremely locked down things; can't even disable DHCP on it! I'll give you the model number when I get home and can actually see it.
