Oh, I get it. People are saying the ERX can't route 1Gbps simultaneously in both directions. If you needed that kind of performance, then you wouldn't be looking at the ERX or ERL.

Here's 's writeup on ERX routing performance. In the end, the main decision, I think, will be whether you want the built in switch of the ERX or not.
