My configuration is the following

OF <=> ONT (eth0) <=> (eth0) ERX (eth1) <=> Mikrotik (as full bridge, for the wifi)
           (rj11) <=> Phone      (eth2) <=> IPTV
                                 (eth3) <=> Server
                                 (eth4) <=> Personal computer
  1. If I plug my personal computer to the port (which is completely off btw), routing performance plummets. I see that right away because iptv image gets corrupted with tons of drops.
  2. Even connecting to the router through ssh results in an extremely laggy experience.
  3. The same happens if I switch ports around.

Some clarification are needed:

  1. Are you saying that packet drops apper as soon as you connect your PC to eth4?
  2. Do you still see packet drops if you remove eth4 from switch0 group?
  3. Do you still experience packet drops if you disable offload :
    set system offload hwnat disable
    commit
    save
    reboot
  4. Please show output of top /usr/bin/top when you experience packet drops.
  5. Please show output of "ifconfig ; sleep 10; ifconfig" when you experirce packet drops.
  6. Does the router crash after logging warning message to syslog?
