I could setup Router on my PC but could not get Unifi AP to connect to it. I am using eth 0 for internet, eth 1 for connecting my PC and eth 2 for Unifi AP. I checked all the previous posts about setting up ER Lite with Unifi AP and tried to emulate the steps but still could not get Unifi to adopt. Here are some unique issues that I have been facing that are not addressed in the previous post. I added Unifi controller’s AP inform address to eth2 configuration but Unifi AP still would not adopt. I tried to set inform by SSHing Unifi AP by directly connecting it to my PC but Putty’s SSH would not connect to Unifi. Whenever I try to SSH by inserting Unifi AP’s IP address, I get “no route” error or connection timed out. I am working on latest Unifi controller software for Windows but I cannot update Unifi’s firmware. I tried a few times by custom upgrade and sharing URL from Unifi’s website but the firmware still shows the old version instead of the latest. Could this be a reason that is affecting Unifi to adopt?
